Niagara Falls, NY - A disgruntled student, played by Cadet Adriano Medici, holds a gun on hostages during a training session for area law enforcement. The Niagara Falls Police Department held a Joint emergency response team hostage negotiation training exercise at the old Public Safety Building at 520 Hyde Park.
The bad guy and hostages were played by students from the Niagara County Law Enforcement Academy at Niagara University.
