Niagara Falls, NY - RP Oak Hill Building Company Superintendent Paul Willard and Project Manager Peter Peterman show off a 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment that used to be a classroom at the old North Junior High. The building is being transformed into the Niagara Lofts and is scheduled to open in the summer of 2017 they said.
