Niagara Falls, NY - Local artist Ray Robertson shows off a painting by Richmond Futch Jr. that's part of the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center "Artists of Color: Freedom Art Exhibit," running from February 3, - March 19. The exhibition features the collective work of African American artists of Western New York.
