Sanborn, NY - A pair of exotic Parrots were part of a large seizure of animals from a Lockport home. The Niagara County SPCA took possession of animals from a Lockport home, described as a hoarding case, including 31 snakes, rabbits, ferrets, 250 rats and mice and 30 Quale to name a few.
