Niagara Falls, NY - Lockport artist Chuck Tingley uses top of the line spray paints and special spray nozzles for his work. Tingley won the 2016 Niagara County individual artist Dec grant and has been painting a mural on the side of 463 Third Street. Tingley said the mural is based on a quote by Albert Einstein, "Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere."
