Niagara Falls, NY - Garden volunteer Jean Hopkins brought her dog Ginger to see if there were any vegetables ripe for the picking at the LaSalle Vineyard and Community Garden on the corner of Buffalo Avenue and 71st Street. The LaSalle Vineyard and Community Garden is in its botanical prime and there are vegetables available throughout the summer, though ripe items get picked fast. Garden philosophy says James Ciliberto is, "life is too short to not give a Damn."
