Please find attached a media advisory regarding a news conference scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 30, in Niagara Falls. During the news
conference, Catholic Charities of Buffalo will announce the start of construction for the renovation of the former school of Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish in Niagara Falls to transform the site into a centrally located services hub. Major funding partners for the $2.4 million project will be introduced, as well as the announcement of a gift that will result in the naming of the center.

WHAT: Catholic Charities of Buffalo will announce the start of construction for the renovation of the former school of Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish in Niagara Falls. Major funding partners for the $2.4 million project will be introduced, as well as the announcement of a generous gift that will result in the naming of the center.
WHY: Primarily through the support of several funders, Catholic Charities of Buffalo will transform the school site at 622 Tronolone Place into a centrally located hub for Catholic Charities’ services in Niagara Falls. Plans also call for a new parking lot, and renovating the building to include office and meeting space for both Catholic Charities’ services and other community organizations in the city.
