Niagara Falls, NY - Niagara Falls Public Library Director Jennifer Potter, and Board Member Don King, show off the newly restored historic painting of the Old Stone Chimney by P.C. Flynn, part of the collection at the Local History Department of the Niagara Falls Public Library.
Local dignitaries and politicians held a rededication ceremony at the new location of The Old Stone Chimney between the Niagara River and the Niagara Scenic Parkway.
