Niagara Falls, NY - Debra Payne, with the American Legion Frederick F Cadille Post 1664, shows off their new Flag Drop that the post raised money to buy. Payne, who headed up the committee to purchase it, said the box is available inside the post 7 days a week from noon to 10 P.M. for those who wish to dispose of old American and POW flags properly.
