Niagara Falls, NY - Little Julian Bucelato, 4, in his mother Dana's arms, both of Lewiston, waves to actor Lou Ferrigno as he arrives at the Niagara Falls Police Department. Niagara Falls Police laid out the red carpet for Actor Lou Ferrigno, known primarily for his role as The Incredible Hulk in the late 1970's, early 80's TV series, with a mini parade after picking him up at the Rainbow Bridge. Ferrigno came to Niagara Falls to speak with school children at Harry F. Abate on the topic of bullying and was honored at the Municipal Safety Building by the Niagara Falls Police Department and the Mayor.
