Niagara Falls, NY - Sara Carella said she's "Polish for a Day" selling t-shirts at the Polish Nook on Dyngus Day. Customers at the Polish Nook on Cudaback Avenue were treated to traditional Polish fare including Golumpki, Pierogi, Polish Sausage, Pork Chops and complimentary Pussywillows at their annual Dyngus Day celebration dinner.
