Lewiston, NY - Christopher Platter of Lockport, a retired U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class, said his car enjoyed a 45 day boat cruise courtesy of the Army back to the mainland of the United States. Platter was spotted driving to his classes at Niagara University.
