Town of Niagara, NY - Worksite Supervisor Jillian Patterson sorts cans brought in by Nancy Mangus who said she has been saving them up for a couple months. Empower, the not-for-profit organization formerly known as Niagara Cerebral Palsy, recently has opened a bottle and can redemption center, called Empties for Empower.
