Niagara Falls, NY - Niagara Arts & Cultural Center Program Director Rachel Olszewski and Ray Robertson, special projects, set up the NACC Artists & Friends member show at the newly dedicated "Townsend Art Gallery" this Saturday. The event will include open artist studios a holiday party and art exhibits. The Townsend Art Gallery Dedication is at 5 p.m.
