Lewiston, NY - The sunshine turned road spray into a rainbow of colors like the one on the Hawaiian license plate on this car. Somewhere it has to be on someones bucket list to see a Hawaiian license plate on a car driving around New York State. Here, Christopher Platter of Lockport, a retired U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class, drives to classes at Niagara University via Saunders Settlement Road. Platter, said the car enjoyed a 45 day boat cruise courtesy of the Army back to the mainland of the United States.
