Lewiston, NY - John Koelmel NYPA Chairman of the Board of trustees and Gil C. Quiniones President and Chief Executive Officer of the New York Power Authority were joined by school children from Maple Avenue School to officially cut the ribbon opening the improved Power Vista Visitors Center.
