Senior Project Designer Mike DeSantis explains the plan to pave Buffalo Avenue from 65th Street to Cayuga Drive to a gathering of business owners and residents Monday evening at the LaSalle Library. The $2.6 million project is scheduled for completion by the end of October. The federal government is covering 80 percent of the cost, New York state is paying 20 percent, the city is paying approximately $125,000.
