Niagara Falls, NY - Weekend mechanics Richard Rogers and Willie Matthews put a new starter in Rogers 1987 Monte Carlo SS in front of his LaSalle Avenue home. Rogers said this muscle car is equipped with a 383 Stroker Engine, a Nitro Booster and runs it at Lancaster Speedway for fun when he can.
