We're proud to have 350 Specialty Select Hotels operating Globally with another 150 deals in the pipeline.

The largest of the three brands is the Four Points by Sheraton with 218 hotels which we've worked very hard to create a great product and deliver on the brand experience with programming like Best Brew's and BBQ intended to involve our guest with our teams and introduce them to local craft beers and taste popular to the area.

This particular hotel is a perennial top performer for the brand in key areas of revenues - guest experience - brand health. Along with the power of the brand; the commitment to the partnership by the owners, asset manager, and most importantly the associates on property delivering on the promises to our guest. Deanna DiFilippo the GM who I work closely with as my primary contact for the property navigate's all aspects masterfully for this hotel and Merani Hotel Group.
We're excited to be here today and to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of the hotel opening and the relationship they've forged as good stewards in the Niagara Falls community.
