Niagara Falls, NY - Niagara University Costume Construction Class student Marissa Allen of Buffalo sews buttons onto a waistcoat. Niagara University teamed up with Old Fort Niagara to recreate circa 1770's waistcoats worn by musicians in the 8th Regiment A Foot for reenactors.
