Niagara Falls, NY - Aurora Trinkwalder, 11 takes part in the Obstacle Course competition at Payne Park. Canal Fest youth activities, sponsored by the North Tonawanda Department of Youth, Recreation and Parks, were held at Payne Park on Monday and included an Obstacle Course, Frisbee Distance Toss, Jumbo Cup Stacking competition, Target Toss and more.
