Madison Sneath, 7, has her face painted by Joanne Frawley, a volunteer from Fidelis Care. Face painting, balloon sculptures, and hot dogs were all part of the 8th annual Kaboom Days at Liberty Park on Tuesday. The event is directed by Pat Travis of the Niagara Falls Youth Bureau.
