Celestine Booze, co-pastor of Potter's House as well as the first African-American female detective in the Niagara Falls Police Department, spoke on confronting racism and choosing to be strong in the face of poor treatment during Friday's Stand Against Racism event at city hall. Booze has traveled the world in support of World Missions Ministries International and said her world travels have enhanced her belief that "Our differences add a wonderful flavor to our world."
