Niagara Falls, NY - Family & Children's Service of Niagara dedicated the Charles Giles Community Room to a dedicated employee who passed recently. His wife Lillian Giles watched as her son Kenneth Bulger and Kenneth A. Sass, President & CEO, unveiled both the name of the room and the plaque.
